Penny’s coaching and commitment to development had a large impact on my career. She worked across all stakeholder groups to deliver a Best in Class 3-4PL global logistics solution which transformed commercial and operational logistics performance
I recently took up a role of global industry integrator looking to help governments and prime businesses determine where mutual interests exist, which could be exploited for the benefit of all. A very expansive role
which would benefit from vision, industry knowledge and expertise. I engaged Penny to work through what the options might be to bring the various bodies together. She coached me through the challenges of the current global market, which is transforming to deal with the pandemic, and project the likely outcomes which might play out and change how governments and businesses collaborate in future.
As a business we saw an opportunity in a new market segment that could potentially open up new opportunities. The question was how to approach key players in that market? Penny help us work through a thought process which caused us to re-evaluate our capabilities to realise that the opportunities were much broader and deeper than originally thought.
